What a fantastic first week back! 🎒✨

From morning meetings and creative play to playground fun and gym class, our students have been busy learning, connecting, and making new friends every step of the way. Take a look at a full day in the life of a CPS student during this exciting first week of school!

Ask your student, what was the best part of their week at school? 🍎🚌

A graphic titled "A Day in the life of a CPS student… during the 1st week of school" displayed against a chalkboard background. Dotted white arrows connect a sequence of 10 photo frames depicting a student's daily schedule: eating breakfast, attending morning meetings, making classmates friends, engaging in creative activities, eating lunch, practicing hall walking ("being a caring critter"), playing on the playground, participating in gym, visiting the library, and walking to school buses to head home.
✏️ What a fantastic start to the school year! 📚✨

We had a great first day at CPS! From navigating the hallways and decorating lockers to making new friends and jumping right into classroom projects, our students brought so much energy and big smiles to school today.

A huge thank you to our teachers, staff, families, and students for making Day 1 such a wonderful success. We can already tell this is going to be an amazing year full of learning, growth, and fun! 🎒🎉

✨🏫 Back-to-school ready doesn’t just happen - it takes an incredible team working behind the scenes all summer long!

While our classrooms and hallways may have been a little quieter, our Buildings & Grounds team has been BUSY! From deep cleaning and basic repairs to moving furniture, maintaining our grounds and tackling countless projects - they’ve been working hard to make sure our schools are clean, safe and ready to welcome our Bluejackets back. 🧹🔧

There’s a lot that goes into preparing our buildings for a new school year, and much of it happens before most of us ever walk through the doors.

To our amazing crew - THANK YOU for the hard work, long days, and attention to detail that goes into getting our schools ready for Back to School! 👏

Because of you, we’re ready!

✨ Clean it. Fix it. Move it. MAKE IT HAPPEN! 💙❤️

Cambridge-Isanti Schools staff gathered today for an inspiring Back-to-School Kickoff as we prepare to welcome our students back for another great year! 🎒✨ The morning was filled with reconnecting, incredible student performances, and a warm welcome from Superintendent Dr. Nate Rudolph. Staff also learned from keynote speaker Steve Fredlund, who shared powerful lessons on doing the "unright thing"—learning how to break out of expected patterns to choose courage, purpose, and meaningful growth. Together, we are ready to educate, empower, and inspire, every student, every day! 💙

🚍💙 Our new educators hit the road to learn more about Cambridge and Isanti and get a closer look at the community our students and families call home!

Along the way, they learned a little history, saw local landmarks, and discovered more about what makes Cambridge-Isanti such a special place.

A great way to welcome our newest Bluejackets and help them get to know the area they’ll be serving! 💙❤️

💙❤️ SUPPORTING EVERY STUDENT, EVERY DAY - IN EVERY WAY. At Cambridge-Isanti Schools, caring for our students goes beyond the classroom. We know that when basic needs are met, students are better able to learn, grow, and thrive. Through community-supported programs like Every Meal, Here to Help, and the Care Closet, students and families can access resources when they need a little extra support. 🍎 Every Meal helps provide food for students over weekends and school breaks. 💙 Here to Help connects students and families with confidential assistance and resources. 🎒 Care Closet provides access to basic necessities and everyday essentials. These programs are made possible through the generosity and care of our Bluejacket community - and help ensure that no student has to go without the essentials they need to succeed. Because supporting our students means supporting the whole student. 💙

Experiences like these bring classroom learning to life, helping students connect science, environmental stewardship, and the world around them through hands-on exploration.

A big thank you to the City of Cambridge team for sharing their knowledge and giving our students an inside look at this essential community service! 💙❤️
