Student and Staff Safety is a Priority at CPS! Cambridge Primary School is dismissed beginning at 2:00.

Parents/Pick-Up Persons will need a smartphone and the student’s dismissal code for this process. If you do not have a smartphone, or need assistance, please call or go into the CPS front office and they will be happy to assist you. If there is any change to regular after school transportation plans for your student, be sure to contact the teacher and/or the office staff.

Steps for parents and families:

  • Once you arrive at Cambridge Primary School's Pick-Up Lane (next to the curb) or are parked in the lot and standing in the Parent Pick-Up Area, scan the QR code located on the signs posted along the building/pickup area or on the postcard sent home with your student.
  • Your smartphone will prompt you to open a link/form, follow that prompt.
  • Once you are on “Student Pick-Up Form:, enter your child's code just as written (no spaces before or after the code).
  • Be sure to hit "submit" once the code is typed (additional codes should be entered separately).
  • The code will instantly relay to staff that your student is dismissed. They will help your child to exit safely and locate you.
  • If you don’t remember your student’s code, or need any assistance, please call or stop in the CPS front office. The CPS Office phone number is: 763-691-6500.

Important Safety Reminders:

  • The drive up lane is only one lane, located right next to the curb. Please remain in line as you wait for your child. Once your child has entered the car, you may exit the parking lot.
  • For your student’s safety, DO NOT enter your students code until you are at the school.
  • If you plan to leave your vehicle during pick-up, you MUST park in a legal parking spot.
  • All students need to be picked up by 2:15.

Thanks for your patience, cooperation and understanding, as we strive to make the pick-up process safe for all our students, parents and staff. SAFETY FIRST!
